CHRISTMAS DIY

noel

Noooooooeeeeeeeelllllll Nooooeeeellllll. 😉 Could not be happier with how this Christmas project turned out. I know i know, the wires are all over the place but I can def ignore them because of how cool this turned out and how tedious it was to get those dang wires to cooperate. I am obsessed with typography of any kind, so being able to create my own marquee sign with lights was pretty fun. I have seen these things all over the place as DIY craft ideas, but I was actually inspired by an EEK sign Lolly Jane made for Halloween. You can see it here

I basically looked at the pictures they posted ( I rarely read instructions, oops) and went for it! Guys, this really is an easy project overall. If you are looking for a unique, modern style christmas mantel piece this one is sure to meet your expectations. It’s just plain fun!

This project took me 2 hours, and here are the supplies that I used and that you will need.

– Cardboard letters HERE
– Black craft paint to paint the inside and outside of the letters
– X-acto knife to cut out the front face of the letters
– Any type of a basic string lights for indoors

Happy Holidays!
